FAQ

What is the difference between Single & Double Clasp Options?

A single clasp lanyard typically features one attachment point, making it straightforward for securing badges, keys, or identification cards.

It is a practical choice for situations where simplicity and ease of use are key considerations. The single clasp securely holds items in place while offering a streamlined and minimalist design.

Double Clasp Fabric Lanyard:

In contrast, a double clasp fabric lanyard is designed with two attachment points, providing additional stability and balance.

However, it's important to note that double clasp options are intentionally designed to have a breakaway feature for safety reasons. In situations where the lanyard may get caught or snagged, the clasps are designed to break away easily, reducing the risk of injury or discomfort.

Where can I find an invoice for tax purposes?

Your tax invoice is included in the email confirmation automatically sent to you after your purchase.

To locate it, open the email and look for a section typically labeled "Order #..." The tax invoice will contain detailed information about your transaction, including the items purchased, prices, taxes, and the total amount paid. If you have trouble finding it, check your email's spam or promotions folder, and ensure you're searching for the correct subject line, such as "Order Confirmation" or "Purchase Receipt." If you still encounter difficulties, feel free to reach out and we can sort it out for you!
